Let's Vote!

It's easy to make a difference!

There are some specific steps you must go through and some questions you might want to ask yourself before you go out and vote on election day. It is crucial that you make an informed decision and remain involved in the political process at all levels.

ASK YOURSELF

Do you want to make a difference in your community and your country? What issues, political, social, and economic, do you care about most? What stands out to you when deciding which candidate you gravitate towards? Understanding the current political climate and developing your own individual opinions and ideas while also finding groups and categories you can fit into is crucial to being a contributive member of the democratic process.

Alternative ways to vote

Considering our nation's current COVID-19 situation, we understand that we need alternative ways to vote now more than ever in order to ensure we have the best people in office and the best policies being put in place that serve to protect our nation's people.

REMEMBER: Just because you're at home right now doesn't mean you can't vote; it doesn't mean you can't make a difference! Your vote, your choice, your voice!

*Absentee voting allows you to vote by mail. Although every state has absentee voting, find out if the rules have changed due to the pandemic.

*Early voting allows registered voters to vote on specified dates before Election Day. Most states have early voting, and you don't need an excuse to vote early.

Many times, these two types of voting are intertwined. To learn if, when, and how you can take part in these voting types, access this website.
